"Parts were missing upon arrival"
When it got here, several pieces were not included, and there was no manual to guide us. To top it off, customer service is unavailable all weekend, which is when we actually have time to put it together. It's a bit annoying, to say the least.

"Fast and simple communication and solution!"
They got back to me real quick regarding the wike I've owned since 2011. We absolutely love it and use it all the time. When a part broke, they were super helpful in telling me what to order for a replacement. Honestly, we’d be in a tough spot without it since it lets us take my special needs son to places we usually wouldn’t be able to reach. The only thing I’d wish for is some balloon tire adapters or something similar to make it easier to navigate on the beach.

Awesome Business. I purchased a DIY trailer kit from them, assembled it, and sent a photo once it was finished. They refunded me 30 bucks! This marks my third buy from WIKE! I'm really into my City Shopper and Heavy Duty Flatbed Trailers; I use 'em constantly. They're super well made and a breeze to handle. I appreciate how they can be taken apart for simpler storage. I'm sure the kayak trailer I got will be just as enjoyable to use!

This DIY trailer kit is a breeze to put together. I managed to assemble mine in just a couple of hours. It tows really well behind my bike. You'd pay hundreds more for a similar bike trailer!
